Peter Martin has represented Ireland at the highest level as an Amateur Golfer and PGA Professional and has played on the European Tour. He is currently the Director of Golf at the Colin Park leisure complex and is enjoying his role as a teaching professional, teaching in schools, community groups and all levels of golfers at the new state of the art golf driving range at the complex.

Peter was instrumental, along with the Colin Glen Trust, in applying for funding for a new 16 bay golf driving range and, the soon to follow, five-a-side and seven-a-side multi use 3G pitches at the site.

His plans are to help build on the successful start of the driving range and to rejuvenate the current nine hole golf course.

Peter has been to the forefront in bringing about a transformation of this site. More people than ever from the surrounding area are now engaged in the sport of golf and with the three 3G pitches due to open in early 2012, he has helped create one of the most unique leisure complexes in Ireland.
