Shamrock recorded a good win at Mallusk on Saturday despite finding themselves 2-0 down after only ten minutes.The Shams responded well with Terry Reilly capitalising on a mistake before a wonder strike from Mooney secured the equaliser.

The eye-catching goals continued in the second half when Brendan O’Neill fired a 30-yard free-kick into the net via the crossbar. Then man of the match Tony McGuire skinned three players before coolly finding the bottom corner.

Kashmir responded with a goal but substitute Liam O’Neill headed home to increase Shamrock’s lead while Spud Rock lobbed the goalkeeper from distance for another fantastic goal.

The spectacular series of goals continued when Liam O’Neill’s volley flew into the net. Shamrock face New Santos at the Grove on Saturday.
