Michael D follows in Mary’s footsteps

North Belfast political representatives met with President Michael D Higgins last week during his first official visit to the North. Sinn Féin MLAs Gerry Kelly and Carál Ní Chuilín met with the president in south Belfast’s Crescent Arts Centre. Fr Casimir ‘gravely ill’

Popular Ardoyne priest Fr Casimir Haran is seriously ill in hospital today after suffering a suspected stroke whilst celebrating a funeral mass yesterday (Wednesday). The much loved Holy Cross curate took ill whilst celebrating Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning and remains in a serious condition in the Royal Victoria Hospital.
